PRODUCTION
Our new 12,000 m2 production plant with 20 packaging lines, more than 200 employees working in teams and respecting the hygiene and safety regulations, ensure the continuous supply of high quality products.
Our monthly production capacity is 50 million units per year.
LOGISTICS
It has more than 9,000 pallet positions destined to finished product and supplies, ensuring a continuous supply to our clients, without stock breaks. We also have a modern fleet of our own to facilitate the simultaneous transport of 100 tons a day, directly getting to our more than 1,000 active clients. We do cargo, dispatch and customs management of containers daily in our distribution center.
DESIGN
Our most prized formula is constant innovation, quality, packaging and fundamentally the passion with which we do it. Our team of highly trained creatives creates and develops new and innovative products, continuously seeking to improve the current ones in order to offer our clients a much more competitive product not only in price but also at the level of aesthetic image and functionality.
QUALITY
From the elaboration, until the moment of delivery, we count on the experience of excellent professionals, assuring the quality of the final product. Certified by ISO 9001: 2015 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), guaranteed by our Laboratory of Physical-Chemical and Microbiological Quality Control.
The production is linked to a Quality System related to the concept of continuous improvement. In turn, our products are supported by an international policy that protects liability risks. From our Research and Development Laboratory we aim to create new and innovative formulas to satisfy a demanding market. PLASTIC PLANT
It's destined to the manufacture of packages of PET, PP, HDPE and Inyecto PET plus the injection of caps of PP.
It works 24 hours and has an annual production capacity of 60 million units, supplying 100% of our production.
